Ruby has been experimenting in the fudge kitchen this week, to make a vegan alternative to her fudge. This is experiment number one; a 100% plant based tablet. 

She started with three simple ingredients; Sugar, plant based cream and plant based butter. The outcome resembles tablet more so than fudge. It is a very sugary sweet that dissolves in the mouth. As for flavour? All we can compare it to are those little milk bottles that you get in your pic 'n' mix!

This tablet is packaged in the same way as our normal 125g gift bags, but please note that we have used some temporary labelling, so it may not be quite so pretty, and doesn't include nutritional information. Ingredients are still listed as normal.
