If you're following Ruby on social media, you will know that she's been experimenting with a new vegan fudge recipe. She quite likes this one, although thinks it could do with a bit of tweaking to get a full fudge consistency.
Made with demerara sugar, oat milk and plant butter, it has a very sweet flavour that is complimented with cornish sea salt crystals. Verging on the texture of tablet, it's sugary bite melts in the mouth.
This listing is for three bags of experiment number eight, and we're sure that there will be more, improved recipes to come!
