Fudge Sauce
Ruby's fudge sauce first made its debut in the early days of her fudge making. If a batch went wrong (which it often did), Ruby would turn her mistake into the most delicious, sweet pouring sauce for her favourite puddings. She now continues to make her three favourite sauce flavours for you to enjoy - vanilla, stem ginger and salted caramel (no mishaps required!).
